Squamuglia was created in the Fall of 2013 as an occasional coffee shop open on Saturdays from 10am-2pm and 10pm-2am. Now it is an occasional restaurant (Dishtone) or bar (bArFoso). Below are a couple writings, a series of menus and photos from the early beginning of squamuglia, starting with a typical email invite. SQUA’bArFoso is of the more recent bar events, and the dinners are not, as of yet, documented; but very much alive – squamuglia.com
