SQUAMUGLIA
Squamuglia was created in the Fall of 2013 as an occasional coffee shop open on Saturdays from 10am-2pm and 10pm-2am. It evolved to be an occasional restaurant (Dishtone) or bar (bArFoso). Below are a couple writings, a series of menus and photos from the early beginning of squamuglia, starting with a typical email invite. SQUA’bArFoso is of the more recent bar events, and the dinners are not documented. A new cooking project is in the works for summer of 2025 in collaboration with Nathan Ellefson.
